For those wishing to place their property in to a rental programme the developers have a strictly limited offer of a minimum 7.5% net rental yield guaranteed for 4 years and 4 months. This offer is restricted to 10 properties only, and available on a 'first come, first served' basis only. The properties would be managed by the developers own in-house management team. 

Optional Furniture PackThe properties are sold 'ready to move in' and therefore need to be furnished. In the event of a new owner wishing to buy their property fully furnished and equipped, the Island Green Management team can source and supply an optional furniture package.
