We sell ‘Mixed Use’ Resorts. These are developments that provide today’s discerning buyer with a selection of ownership options - traditional full title, fractional, condo or vacation ownership – we match both the package and the product to the buyer.

Typically purchased as secondary, leisure and/or investment properties, our resorts are located in exclusive locations across the world.

Individually chosen & each with something unique to offer, we promote our resorts internationally to ‘Tier 1’ buyers through our networks, using a range of online and traditional media channels in order to optimally match product to buyer.
